Here are my dates for my 2026 workshops. I am pleased to announce these are the first Classical Pilates Teacher Trainings offered in Tampa Bay!

2026 SUMMER SERIES
Classical Immersion / Level I

My weekend immersion workshops are for trained Pilates teachers of any school who want to delve into the Classical Pilates Method, be introduced to the Classical apparatus, improve your teaching abilities and advance your knowledge.

SCHEDULE
June 13 & 14 : Classical Pilates Principles & Fundamentals, Pre Pilates Exercises and the Level I Classical Mat Exercises.
July 11 & 12: Classical Reformer
August 1 & 2: Classical Cadillac & Tower
August 29 & 30: Classical Wunda Chair, High Chair, Baby Chair, Barrels, Auxiliary equipment

These workshops will cover the Classical exercises and orders on all the authentic Pilates apparatus and the auxiliary equipment per level.

• LEVEL I / Essential: June 13 & 14, July 11 & 12, August 1 & 2,
  August 29 & 30
  LEVEL II / Intermediate: October - December 2026
  LEVEL III / Advanced: February - April 2027

• Each workshop is $500. Pre registration is requested as space is limited.

• Payment is due 2 weeks prior to workshop date. There are no refunds.

• Discount for all LEVEL I Workshops $1800

• Certificates of completion and NCPC CEC’s will be available.

Classical Pilates MAT
Teacher Training

The 34 Classical Pilates Mat exercises as developed by Joseph H. Pilates are the core of his Method. In this program you will learn the fundamental exercises, the principles of the Pilates Method and the three levels of Mat exercises. The completion of this program will prepare you to take the NPCT Pilates Mat Certification Exam.

CLASSICAL PILATES MAT

ESSENTIAL/ LEVEL I:
June 13 & 14 10am - 4pm

INTERMEDIATE / LEVEL II:
August 22 & 23 10am - 4pm

ADVANCED / LEVEL III:
October 3 & 4 10am - 4pm
