2026 / 2027 Classical Pilates Teacher Training Series

Three Paths One Method

Full System COMPREHENSIVE Program

A complete 600 hour Classical Pilates teacher training program covering the full system of apparatus, repertoire, principles, teaching methodology and apprenticeship hours.

Prerequisite: Minimum 6 months of Pilates practice / 30 sessions on all Pilates apparatus.

Dates:
Essential / Level I: November 14 & 15 9am - 5pm
Intermediate: January 9 & 10 9am - 5pm
Intermediate II: February 6 & 7 9am - 5pm
Advanced: March 6 & 7 9am - 5pm

Classical BRIDGE Program

A 450 hour training for comprehensively trained Pilates teachers seeking intensive study and a deeper foundation in the Classical Pilates method.

Prerequisite: Completion of a comprehensive Pilates teacher-training program.
Dates: The same as Comprehensive above.

Three Level Classical MAT Program

A structured three level study of the Classical Pilates Mat repertoire including Joe’s original 34 exercises, progressing through the complete Mat system.

Prerequisite: Minimum 20 in person Classical Pilates Mat classes.
Dates: January 2027

My trainings are intentionally small and focused, allowing for you to experience:

  • Self Practice and Observation

  • Assistant and Practice Teaching

  • Training on authentic Classical apparatus

  • Modifications for physical limitations

  • Detailed study of the Classical Pilates principles and repertoire

The application process includes an interview and assessment. Applicants will be contacted to schedule these following submission of their application.

Following acceptance, applicants will receive complete enrollment information, including tuition, payment schedule and program policies.
