These weekend workshops are for comprehensively trained Pilates teachers of any school who want to delve into the Classical Pilates Method, be introduced to the Classical apparatus, improve your teaching abilities and advance your knowledge.

• 2026 Workshops Session begin in January

• Each weekend will cover a different apparatus & /or level

• Saturdays & Sundays 10am - 3pm

• These workshops will cover the Classical exercises and orders on all the authentic Pilates apparatus and the auxiliary equipment.

Classical Pilates MAT
Teacher Training

The Classical Pilates Mat exercises as developed by Joseph H. Pilates are the core of his Method. In this program you will learn the fundamental exercises, the principles of the Pilates method and the three levels of Mat exercises. The completion of this program will prepare you to take the NPCT Pilates Mat Certification Exam.
